TEC 5 Florence David Crowley

Technician 5th Grade Florence David Crowley served as a Radioman in WWII in England, France, Belgium and Holland.  He always said: "You don't know cold until you've slept in a foxhole in Belgium in winter time".  Upon his return to Canton, he joined the Fire Department and was Fire Chief from 1972-1975.
