Chief Petty Officer Philip K. McKenna

Chief Petty Officer Philip K. McKenna served as a Machinist's Mate in submarines in the Vietnam War era from 1963-1970.  He trained at Naval Station Great Lakes and then served in San Diego CA and New London CT.  He was later a member of American Legion Post 24.
