Chief Petty Officer Chester "Scotty" Skotnicki
CPO Chester "Scotty" Skotnicki served as a machinist on the Aircraft Carriers USS Xenia and USS Monterey in both the Atlantic and Pacific. Upon his return from service he was the crossing guard at Dedham and Washington Streets for many years.
